Lending Partners
Our group of Participating Lenders is made up of banks and mortgage companies throughout the state. For Information on becoming a participating lender, email the Office of Homeownership.
We recommend that participating lenders stay informed of the latest Georgia Dream guidelines by attending an overview training as needed. Our in-person classes are currently on hold but you may register to attend a virtual training by signing up for the Georgia Dream Weekly Newsletter.
As a Participating Lender, you should be receiving the Georgia Dream Homeownership weekly newsletter to stay informed of updates and the current rate.
