4% Housing Tax Credits/Bonds: 10/06/2023
Prospective residents: DCA does not manage leasing applications for prospective residents in Housing Tax Credit properties. Those interested in applying to live in a Housing Tax Credit property must apply directly to the property. See GeorgiaHousingSearch.org for a list of properties and available units.
