How do I become a Certified RPH Provider?

Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic, the 2020 RPH Provider Application cycle will begin in August 2020. Potential providers must submit an Intent to Apply Form in August which is now available on the Department of Community Supervision (DCS) website at

Also, applicants must attend a mandatory Application Process Workshop in September, which you will be notified after submitting the Intent to Apply Form in August and the application will be available during the month of October.:

  In order to qualify, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Current For-Profit including Sole Proprietors or Non-Profit status with the State of Georgia.
  • Proof of Operation: All applicants must be able to produce minimum financial statements and IRS fillings showing a fully operational business prior to application.
