May 4, 2023 - Following meetings with the Balance of State Continuum of Care Youth Action Board, the Balance of State CoC is posting for the public the final approved 2023 Balance of State CoC Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Local Application. All prospective 2023 applicants, may review full details of the 2023 application requirements below.

Please note, this competition is separate from the 2023 CoC Annual Competition. As information is available for the annual NOFO competition, it will be posted on the annual CoC Competition page.

BoS CoC YHDP Webinars
There will be three webinars for YHDP Applicants on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, at 12:00 PM, Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 3:00 PM, and Thursday, May 11, 2023, at 10:00 AM to discuss the Review Application document, competition policy, scoring criteria, etc. To receive login details for these webinars, you will need to register, and once registered, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the Webinar.
