DCA has published the 2022 Cost Increases NOFA to provide additional funding for previously awarded developments facing a funding gap due to construction cost increases.

NOFA Application Fees:

NOFA Application Fees ($1,500 per Application) are due by July 18 at 5:00 pm.

Fees must be paid by check. Please include the check with a printed paper copy of completed Part I. Project Information from the Core Application.
