- Fee payments will not be processed through Emphasys at this time.
- All fees are due at the time of Application Submission.
- Make all checks payable to Georgia Housing Finance Authority (GHFA). DCA will not accept any application without the appropriate fees. Please include with check a printed paper copy of completed Part I. Project Identification from Core Application Workbook for ID purposes (in Excel, available on the DCA website).

Note: DCA reminds 9% Competitive Round Applicants to confirm they are submitting their applications. Applications that are not formally submitted will not be reviewed. When submitting an Application, Applicants will receive a prompt that says: "You are about to submit this application. You will not be able to edit your answers after you click OK."
DCA will send a confirmation of receipt shortly after an Application is submitted.
