DCA’s CDBG-DR Buyout and Acquisition Program seeks to assist property owners by purchasing homes severely damaged by the eligible 2017 disasters. The program will assist residents within the 31520, 31548, 31701, 31705, and 31707 zip codes. The program intends to reduce the losses of life and property, enhance community green space, further community development plans, and increase disaster resiliency.
