REPORT OF AUTHORITY FINANCES

Due within six (6) months of your authority's fiscal year end date.


Welcome to the DCA Report of Authority Finances. As part of DCA's continued efforts to collect and disseminate important information about local government authorities in the most effective and efficient ways possible, this report is completed online. The online form includes built-in formulas for totaling and subtotaling your financial data, built-in alerts to advise when amounts do not balance properly, and pop-up definitions that allow you to click directly on a term to view its definition without having to go to a different page. Also, you can save your work and return to it any time prior to final submission to DCA (Certification in Part VII).

 

As you complete the Report of Authority Finances, you can refer to the Instructions and Definitions (PDF). We suggest either printing this document, or saving it by Right-clicking and choosing Save Target As... and having it available on your computer.

 

To complete the Report of Authority Finances, log in below using the USERID and PASSWORD provided to your authority by DCA. The User ID and Password remain constant from year-to-year and are generally held by the authority’s chairperson or director. If you do not have this information, email a request to DCA.Research@dca.ga.gov that includes your authority’s legal name and your contact information
