All Final Allocation Applications must be submitted by email to OHFFinalAllocationAppSubmit@gadca.onmicrosoft.com.
Any outstanding fees must be paid at the time of submission.
- Please make checks payable to Georgia Housing Finance Authority (GHFA).
- Please include with fee check a printed copy of Part I-Project Information tab from Final Allocation Application Excel workbook.
- Fees must be delivered to: Georgia Department of Community Affairs, 60 Executive Park South NE, Atlanta, GA 30329 Attention: OHF Program Assistant
