The Georgia Department of Community Affairs will conduct its FY2020 State of Georgia CDBG Recipients’ Workshop on October 28 – 29, 2020 virtually. The goal of the workshop is to provide a broad overview of program management requirements on topics including Procurement, Labor Standards, Financial Management, Monitoring, and Administration. The hearings will afford all interested persons reasonable opportunity to provide data, views, or arguments regarding proposed revised rules for the Job Tax Credit program (Rules of the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Chapter 110-9-1, et seq.).
On Friday, October 16, 2020, The DCA Board will conduct a virtual sub-committee hearing to consider a regional commission realignment petition by Forsyth County to move from Georgia Mountains Regional Commission into Atlanta Regional Commission. The meeting will begin at 2:00 PM and is scheduled to last no longer than 4:00 PM.
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Georgia Housing and Finance Authority will hold a public hearing at 11:00 a.m., August 28, 2020 at its principal office located at 60 Executive Park South, N.E., Atlanta, Georgia 30329 in Room 202, 2nd floor, or such other room as noted outside Room 202 at the time of the hearing.
