CDBG Applicants’ Workshop set for Dec. 9-10

Livable neighborhoods, economic empowerment, decent housing: Are these factors that can benefit the communities you serve? Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds are federal dollars designated for purposes such as these. Learn the ropes at the Georgia Department of Community Affairs CDBG Applicants’ Workshop on December 9-10 at Callaway Gardens.

Local government officials, grant administrators, engineers and architects are highly encouraged to attend. The purpose of the workshop is to inform participants of the procedures used in preparing state CDBG applications. Everyone will have an opportunity to learn the details involving developing a competitive application, ask questions, and share information.

Registration is open for the workshop and hotel reservations.
