Income Averaging Compliance Kickoff Meeting
DCA to host a free workshop for property managers, directors, stakeholders
(ATLANTA) February 5, 2019 – The Georgia Department of Community Affairs is offering a free Income Averaging Compliance Kickoff on March 14. This workshop, provided by DCA’s Office of Portfolio Management, is geared toward property managers and owners, compliance directors and project stakeholders.
The purpose of this event is to clarify the statutory requirements of the new Income Average (IA) minimum set-aside, compliance monitoring rules, and mandatory reporting requirements. The workshops will be held at 9-11 a.m. and 1:30-3:30 p.m at the DCA Central office (60 Executive Parkway South, NE, Atlanta, GA 30329).
