Dreaming of buying your first home?  The Georgia Dream Homeownership Program fulfills homeownership dreams by providing affordable mortgage financing for eligible homebuyers.

Often the biggest obstacle to homeownership is being able to afford the down payment. The Georgia Dream Homeownership program can help qualified borrowers clear this hurdle!

Peach Plus 
Peach Select Veteran Assistance
Program targets first-time homebuyers.
Program targets qualified borrowers not currently served by the traditional GA Dream program. 
 
First-time homebuyer requirement is waived for this program.
Program targets veterans. 
Maximum home sales price* is up to $400,000.

  • $107,796 (1-2 persons)
  • $123,966 (3+ persons)

The Georgia Dream Homeownership Program offers the following financing options:

Georgia Dream Peach Select Veterans Assistance Loan Program

Any borrower who qualifies for a traditional Georgia Dream VA Loan is eligible to apply for the Georgia Dream Peach Select Veterans Assistance Loan Program.

Georgia Dream Peach Plus Loan Program

Effective April 15, 2024, FHA-qualified borrowers who do not meet the eligibility requirements for the traditional Georgia Dream program are able to apply for the Georgia Dream Peach Plus Loan Program.

Georgia Dream Loan Program

The Georgia Dream Loan Program provides assistance and funding for eligible first-time homebuyers.
