Shoal Creek Manor will add 66 newly constructed units to serve the housing needs of seniors (HFOP) in rural Henry County. Seventeen of the units will be reserved as HOME units. All 66 units will have two-bedrooms with 1.5 bathrooms. As part of its participation in the EarthCraft Multifamily Certification program, Shoal Creek Manor will include a number of environmentally sustainable features, including community gardens, Energy Star appliances, and energy efficient windows and insulation. Additionally, the community will offer a number of amenities to its senior tenants, including a library, fitness center, computer center, and gazebo.
