The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) hosts a one-day housing and awards conference. It is a day to celebrate achievements in affordable housing and to learn from these Georgia success stories.
The conference will center on morning workshops highlighting the most innovative affordable housing activities in Georgia . Finalists for the Magnolia Awards for Excellence in Affordable Housing will share the "who," "what," "when," and "how" of their housing achievements. The concurrent workshops will provide new ideas and unique approaches to the challenge of providing affordable housing.
