How do Home Buyers apply for a Georgia Dream Loan?
- Contact a Georgia Dream Participating Lender for pre-qualification and to begin the mortgage loan process. Click here for a list of lenders.
- Complete a Home Buyer Education class before the loan is closed. Click here for a list of counseling agencies.
- Buyers with low middle credit scores greater than 640 may complete Home Buyer Education online. Click here.
