Solid Waste Management Annual Report
The 1990 Solid Waste Management Act of Georgia mandates that DCA report annually on the state of solid waste management in Georgia (O.C.G.A. 12-8-31 (d)). DCA prepares this report with the cooperation of the Department of Natural Resources’ Environmental Protection Division and Pollution Prevention Assistance Division, and the Georgia Environmental Facilities Authority.
