Statement of Purpose
As the state housing agency, the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is interested in promoting quality, affordable housing. This year, DCA has set aside approximately $5,000 under this Request for Funding (RFF) for housing related activities. These funds will be directed toward providing training, education or publicity related to affordable housing activities to assist and/or promote the Georgia Initiative for Community Housing (GICH) communities achieve their affordable housing goals. DCA is committed to providing targeted assistance to communities with clearly articulated goals, plans, and implementation strategies.
