Georgia Neighborhood Stabilization Programs
The State of Georgia administers two HUD funded programs designed to assist local governments address the housing foreclosure crisis in Georgia:
Authorized under Title III of the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008, H.R. 3221
Authorized by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010, H.R. 4173
