NSP Flexible Pool DCA NSP Main Page | Downloads & Related Links | Contact Information UPDATE as of May 19, 2009The following projects have been selected to receive an award of Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) funds under the NSP Request for Proposals (RFP) issued March 18, 2009 by the Georgia Housing and Finance Authority (GHFA):
Flexible Pool: Georgia Neighborhood Stabilization ProgramThe RFP for NSP Flexible Pool funds for use with the Permanent Supportive Housing Neighborhood Stabilization Program (PSHNSP) and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program (LIHTC) is now available. All Applications for Flexible Pool funds must be submitted to DCA no later than 5:00 PM on March 27, 2009. Please refer to the RFP for all application requirements and submittal instructions. As of Friday, July 17, 2009, we will not be accepting any further applications for the Georgia Dream NSP Purchase Program. GHFA currently has 555 NSP reservations, which has exhausted all of the funds initially allocated to the Program ($ 5,000,000.00) and the $2,610,796.82 that was reallocated to the Program from the NSP Direct Pool. Applications for the Georgia Dream/NSP Purchase Program will not be made under the RFP. Those applications will be available no later than March 15, 2009.
